Abstract

This article presents a comparative study between three mobile network operators in Algeria (Djezzy Ooredoo and Mobilis) which aims to evaluate their websites from the point of view of customers to know their opinions toward the visibilty of websites. The conclusion and implications focus on how the websites have an excellent design however the companies complain of weakness in regards to the communication.
