الملخص
تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى رصد المحددات الاجتماعية والصحية التي تدفع بالمرأة الحامل وضع مولودها عن طريق العملية القيصرية، إذ تستقي هذه الورقة البحثية أهميتها من الموضوع المعالج والذي يمس فئة حساسة من المجتمع، كونه السبيل لتزويد هذا الأخير بأفراد جدد ومعيار لقياس مستوى تقدم مختلف الدول. أما من السياق المنهجي فقد تم اتباع المنهج التحليلي الوصفي، وكعينة للدراسة أخدنا نساء خضعنا للعملية القيصرية بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية المتخصصة للأم والطفل لولاية سطيف في سنة 2019، وللوصول لنتائج الدراسة قمنا بمعالجة البيانات المحصل عليها من خلال استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المستخرجة من برنامج المعالجة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعيةspss . The current study aims to monitor the social and health determinants that drive a pregnant woman to give birth to her baby through caesarean section, as this research paper derives its importance from the topic treated, which affects a sensitive category of society, being the way to provide the latter with new individuals and a criterion to measure the level of progress of different countries. As for the methodological context, the descriptive analytical approach was followed, and as a sample of the study we took women who underwent caesarean section at the specialized hospital institution for mother and child of the wilaya of Setif in 2019, and to reach the results of the study we processed the data obtained through the use of statistical methods extracted from the statistical treatment program for social sciences spss.
