Political Discourse And Political Participation Btwen Essence And Concept

Abstract

يعد موضوع الخطاب السياسي و المشاركة السياسية موضوع الساعة حيث لا يزال مجالا خصبا من حيث الدراسة و المعالجة , فمن منطلق كون الخطاب السياسي وسيلة تواصل بينالحاكمين و المحكومين , و كون المشاركة السياسية تجسيدا فعليا لهذا التواصل في كل المجتمعات الديمقراطية حاولنا تقديم طرح نظري و مفهيمي بحت لكلى المفهومين بالاضافةالى مفهوم التنشئة السياسية التي تعتبر عملية تهيئة الفرد حتى يصبح مؤهلا ليشارفي عملية صنع القرار السياسي في بلده . فالتنشئة تخلق المواطن السياسي نظريا و المشاركة تؤكد وجوده عمليا , كما انها تحتل كموضوع للدراسة مكانة مميزة في حقل اهتمام علم الاجتماع السياسي لانهااحد مواضيع الالتقاءالاجتماعي بالسياسي. It is well established that political discourse and political participation are considered the most important topics recently, given that politics is considered a relatively new field in terms of study and analysis . provided that political discourse is a means of communication between the individual and the state and that polticalparticipation is an actual embodiment of this communication in alldemocraticsocieties , researchers have attempted to highlight a theoretcal and conceptual research proposal for both concepts,as well as the concept of political upbringing a decision. This politicalsocialization create the political citizen theoretically and participation confirms his existence in practice , and it occupies as a subject of study a distinguished position in the fieeld of politicalsociology interest because it is one of the topics of social and political convergence.
