الملخص
تعد اللّسانيات الحاسوبيّة أحدث الفروع التي ظهرت وازدهرت على ساحة الدرس اللّغوي الحديث والمعاصر ، في عصر تتعاظم فيه الآلة التقنية والمعرفة وتعدد التطبيقات الحاسوبية ، مما يقتضي تعامل الإنسان مع أجهزة الحاسوب ، ويمثّل الحرف العربي نقطة التقاء بين العلوم اللّغوية ولاسيّما علم اللّسانيات وعلم الحاسوب، بحيث صار العقل الإلكتروني يسهل الكثير من الأمور للعقل البشري خاصة الكتابة لأنّ الكتابة هي مصدر المعارف ، فالكتابة في القديم كانت تقليدية ، حيث كان المتعلم يبذل جهداً في سبيل تعلّم الخط ، فكانت يدوية شخصية لكل فرد وطريقته في رسم الحرف، وكتابة يدوية فنية تشمل الخطاطين المتخصصين في كتابة الخط ، ولكن في الوقت المعاصر وبظهور التقنية الجديدة أصبحت آلية تنتجها الآلات ومن بينها الحاسوب الذي يساعد على تعلّم الخط ورسم الحرف العربي في أسرع وقت ممكن بدون جهد ، الإشكال الذي نطرحه في هذا الموضوع : ما لمقصود بالبرمجة اللغوية؟ ، وماهي الآليات التي يتبعها المبرمج اللغوي في رسم الحرف العربي وتطويع اللغة العربية في الحاسوب. : Abstract The computational linguistics are the most recent fields which appeared and flourished in the modern and recent linguistic course, in an era which knows more of the technical machine, The computational linguistics are the most recent fields which appeared and flourished in the modern and recent linguistic course, in an era which knows more of the technical machine, linguistic sciences meet especially linguistics and computer technology. The electronic mind has made it easy for the human mind especially the writing, because the writing is the source of knowledge. In early times, writing was traditional, where the learner made efforts to learn how to write, so the writing was handwriting and personal, each person had his/her way to write a letter, the writing was also manual and artistic which included specialized calligraphers in writing the letter. Nowadays, with the apparition of the new technology, writing becomes automatic, produced by machines like computer which helps learning how to learn writing and write the arabic letter in less time without effort. the issue of our study is: what is the language programming? what are the mechanisms the linguistic programmer follows in writing the arabic letter and sbduing the arabic language in the computer?
