المواطنة وخيارات تجديد الفكر الشبابي في الجزائر

الملخص
يكون هدف الوصول إلى المواطنة كسلوك واقعي ومتحضر محل اهتمام واجتهاد جميع الفاعلين، من باحثين ومفكرين وفاعلين على كل الأصعدة وفي كل المجتمعات باختلاف مشاربهم الثقافية، وتعدد دياناتهم ووسائل ضبطهم ونماذج اقتصادياتهم، وتكون مساهمة مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية ضرورية، فالأسرة تغرس الاعتزاز بالأصل والتعلق بالأرض وتنمية الذات، في حين تقوم المدرسة بتعليم المواطنة وضبطها في مجموع سلوكات وفق برامج وتصورات ممنهجة، وقيام المجتمع بتطوير مجال التشاركية مع تبيان مجالي الحقوق والواجبات، خاصة لدى فئة الشباب، القوة الفاعلة والنشطة والمطالعة والمؤثرة والمتأثرة، والمحبة للتغير والمتقبلة لجديد الافكار، فالعمل على تجنب المتناقضات واكتساب مناعة ثقافية لتجنب مخاطر الذات والآخرين ومجابهة ما فسد مما خطط له إعلاميا، بغية الوصول لفكر شبابي منسجم ومتكامل وواضح لفهم الواقع والتعايش مع عالم اليوم المتغير والمثير والغامض في الكثير من جوانبه. Abstract: The goal of achieving citizenship as a realistic and civilized behavior is the focus of the attention and diligence of all actors, researchers, thinkers and actors at all levels and in all societies, with their different cultural backgrounds, the plurality of their religions, the means of controlling them, and their economic models. , while the school teaches citizenship and controls it in a total of behaviors according to systematic programs and perceptions, and the community develops the field of participatory while clarifying the fields of rights and duties, especially among the youth group, the active, active, reading, influential and affected force, the love of change and receptive to new ideas, the work to avoid contradictions and the acquisition of Cultural immunity to avoid the dangers of self and others and to confront what has been spoiled by what was planned in the media, in order to reach a harmonious, integrated and clear youthful thought to understand reality and coexist with today’s changing, exciting and mysterious world in many aspects.
