الملخص

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الخصائص التي يجب توفرها في الأستاذ الجامعي في الجامعة الجزائرية في ظل مجتمع المعرفة الذي يتميز بسمات نوعية لاسيما منها التدفق المعرفي الكبير والتطور المذهل في تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال، والذي يتطلب عنصر بشري مزود بمختلف الخصائص والصفات والتي تم حصرها في هذه الدراسة في الخصائص المهنية، والمعرفية، والبحثية. وقد تبين من خلال نتائج الدراسة أن العبارات التي وضعت كانت إجابات الأساتذة مركزة بين درجتي متوسط وضعيف وهذا يدل على أن الأستاذ الجامعي في الجامعة الجزائرية لازال نوعا ما لا يتصف بالخصائص المهنية والمعرفية والبحثية التي يتطلبها مجتمع المعرفة. Abstract: This study aims to reveal the characteristics that must be available in a university professor at the Algerian University under the knowledge society, which is characterized by qualitative characteristics. In particular the create flow of knowledge and the astonishing development of information and communication technologies, which requires a human element with various characteristics and qualities, which were counted in this study. In terms of professional characteristics, knowledge, and research. It was found through the results of the study that the statements of the professor responses were concentrated between medium and low degrees, and this indicates that the university professor at the Algerian university is still somewhat characterized by professional characteristics and the cognitive and research skills required by the knowledge society.
