مشكلات وصعوبات صناعة النشر العلمي في الجزائر والحلول المقترحة

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على مشكلات وصعوبات صناعة النشر العلمي في الجزائر التي يواجهها الباحث عند انجاز بحثه، لنشره في الدوريات والمجلات العلمية المحكمة عبر قواعد البيانات الوطنية أو العالمية. والتي تتمثل في الباحث نفسه وفي كيفية وصوله إلى المعلومات لإنجاز بحثه من جهة، وغياب التوافق بينه وبين أوعية النشر لتثمين بحثه من جهة أخرى، بالإضافة إلى المشكلات الإدارية المتعلقة بالبيروقراطية والروتين القاتل لجهد الباحث، والمشكلات. الاقتصادية التي تتمثل في ضعف التمويل والانفاق على البحث العلمي وارتفاع تكاليف الطبع والنشر، وهذا ما يجعلنا نبحث عن الحلول لمواجهة هذه المشكلات والصعوبات من أجل تسهيل صناعة النشر العلمي في الجزائر وتطويره والارتقاء به. Abstract: This study aimed to identify the problems and difficulties of the scientific publishing industry in Algeria that the researcher faces when completing his research, to publish it in periodicals and scientific journals via national or international database. which is represented in the researcher himself and how he accessed information to complete his research, and the absence of compatibility between him and the publishing vessels to evaluate his research, in addition to the administrative problems related to bureaucracy and the deadly red tape of the researcher's effort, and the economic problems that are represented in the weak funding and spending on scientific research, and the high costs of printing and publishing. This is what makes us look for effective solutions to face these problems and difficulties in order to facilitate, develop and promote the scientific publishing industry in Algeria.
