المظاهرات الشعبية السلمية الفلسطينية ضد الإحتلال الإسرائيلي Palestinian Peaceful Mass Demonstrations Against Israeli Occupation

الملخص
أبحث في هذا المقال طبيعة وأسباب وطرق تنظيم المظاهرات الشعبية السلمية التي يمارسها الفلسطينيون إحتجاجاً على وجود الإحتلال الإسرائيلي وسياساته وممارساته بحقهم، وأتناول التعامل القانوني والميداني لدولة الإحتلال الإسرائيلي مع هذه المظاهرات، أما التعامل القانوني فأبحث في تجريم دولة الإحتلال لكافة أشكال التعبير السياسي السلمي للفلسطينيين وترصد لهم العقوبات العالية على ممارستها، أما في الميدان فيستخدم جنود الإحتلال القوة المفرطة ضد المتظاهرين السلميين بما يلحق الأذى البليغ بهم ويتسبب بقتلهم وجرحهم بأعداد كبيرة دون أي لزوم أو ضرورة أو تناسب، وذلك كله في إنتهاك للمعايير الدولية بشأن إستخدام المكلفين بإنفاذ القوانين للقوة والأسلحة النارية، وأخيراً نلقي نظرة على الأساليب التي تضمن دولة الإحتلال من خلالها الحصانة للجنود الإسرائيليين الذين يرتكبون الجرائم بحق المتظاهرين الفلسطينيين. I will discuss in this article, the nature of the peaceful mass demonstrations which Palestinians exercise to protest against the existence of the Israeli occupation and its policies and practices against them. I will also touch on the reasons for which these demonstrations are organized and the ways in which they are organized. The article will also highlight how the Israeli occupation handles and react to these demonstrations from a legal perspective and in the field. In the legal context, the article will go through the occupation state’s criminalization of all forms of peaceful political expression of the Palestinians who are then charged with high penalties. In the field, the occupation soldiers use excessive, unnecessary and disproportionate force against peaceful demonstrators inflicting severe harm on the demonstrators and killing and wounding many, all in clear violation of international standards. Finally, we look into the ways in which the occupation state guarantees immunity for Israeli soldiers who commit crimes against Palestinian demonstrators.
