الأمن المائي دراسة في تطور المفهوم والأهمية

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على الأمن المائي ، من خلال التطرق الى أهميته، تعريفه ومحدداته، وعلاقته بالمفاهيم الأمنية الأخرى وكذلك إبراز وتحديد أهم التحديات التي تواجه الأمن المائي. وقد تم طرح المشكلة البحثية التالية : لماذا ازدادت أهمية الامن المائي مع الوقت؟.وما هو مفهوم الأمن المائي وكيف تطور المفهوم؟.وما هي علاقة الأمن المائي بالمفاهيم المرتبطة به؟. وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأهم ما توصلت إليه الدراسة: - أن المياه تمس وتؤثر في كل مجالات ومناحي الحياة. - أن الأمن المائي جزء لا يتجزأ من الأمن الاجتماعي والاقتصادي والبيئي والصحي، ولا أمن قومي دون تحقيق الأمن الاقتصادي، الذي بدوره يقوم على الأمن الغذائي، ولتحقيق الأمن الغذائي وتأمين المزيد من الحاجات الغذائية يجب توافر المياه، وليس هناك شك في علاقة عضوية بين الامن المائي والاستقلال الاقتصادي والسياسي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأمن المائي؛ الأمن الغذائي؛ الأمن القومي . Abstract: The study aims to shed light on water security, by addressing its importance, definition and determinants, and its relationship to other security concepts as well as highlighting and identifying the most important challenges facing water security. The following research problem was raised: why water security has become more important over time. What is the concept of water security and how has the concept evolved.What is the relationship of water security with related concepts. The most important findings of the study were that water affects and affects all areas and walks of life.- Water security is an integral part of social, economic, environmental and health security, and there is no national security without achieving economic security, which in turn is based on food security, and to achieve food security and secure more food needs, water must be available, and there is no doubt that there is an organic relationship between water security and economic and political independence.
