مخاطر و محددات نظم معلومات الموارد البشرية المحوسبة

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان أهمية و دور نظم معلومات الموارد البشرية للوفاء بالاحتياجات الإدارية الضرورية لاتخاذ الإجراءات و القرارات المناسبة . و يشهد استغلال نظم معلومات الموارد البشرية المحوسب بعض المعوقات و المحددات تنبع من بعض المخاطر ذات العلاقة بمراحل إنشاء النظام بداية من مخاطر المدخلات وصولا إلى مخرجاته. و للحد من هذه المعوقات يجب توفير البنى التحتية من مستلزمات التكنولوجيا لضمان سلامة و أمن المعلومة ، مع ضرورة تدريب الكادر البشري لضمان الاستغلال الأمثل للنظام ، في ضل الدعم المستمر للإدارة العليا لتحقيق الأهداف المنشودة. This study aimed to demonstrate importance of information systems to meet the requested administrative needs to get decisions. The exploitation of human resources information systems is witnessing some obstacles and limitations stemming from some risks related to the stages of establishing the system, starting from the input risks to its outputs.. In order to reduce these obstacles, the infrastructure of technology requirements must be provided to ensure the safety and security of information, with the need to train the human cadre to ensure the optimal use of the system, in addition to the continuous support of the senior management to achieve the desired goals.
