الملخص: ساهم الوقف على مر العصور والأقطار في بناء الحضارة الإسلامية، والمتأمل في تاريخ الأوقاف وما كانت تلعبه من أدوار في الحياة الاقتصادية للمجتمع، زيادة على دورها في الحياة الدينية والثقافية والاجتماعية؛ يجد أنها تشكل ثروة هائلة وموروثا حضاريا متجددا لا يمكن الاستهانة به . غير أن الوضعية التي آلت إليها الأوقاف في العصر الحاضر تدعو إلى ضرورة إحيائها والتفكير في كيفية الاستفادة منها في دعم التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للبلاد، وبطبيعة الحال لا يتأتى هذا الأمر إلا عن طريق الاهتمام به والعمل على استغلاله وتثمير أمواله وإخراجها من حالة الركود وحيز العمل التطوعي إلى آفاق تكون فيها أكثر نفعا وخدمة للصالح العام. هذا وتعد الزاوية البكرية واحدة من بين الزوايا التي تأسست منذ نشأتها على الأوقاف التي أقيمت وأنشأت لتكون رافدا من روافد المجتمع التواتي دينيا وثقافيا واجتماعيا، وقد استمرت الزاوية البكرية في أداء دورها الاجتماعي في شتى مجالات الحياة بفضل عائدات أوقافها، ونظرا للدور الذي لعبه الوقف في تأسيسها وأداء أدوارها الاجتماعية، ارتأيت الوقوف عليها كنموذج للدراسة تحت العنوان المذكور. Abstract Throughout the ages and centuries, El Waqf has contributed in the construction of the Islamic civilization. Anyone who studies the history of Awqaf realizes the significant role it plays in the economic, religious, cultural and social life of the community. It constitutes an enormous renewed cultural wealth that can not be underestimated. However, the present situation of El Awqaf calls for the need to revive them and think about how to use them to support the economic and social development of the country. This can not be attained without giving them a great deal of intrest and work to exploit their money and take it out of recession and volunteer work to be more useful and can serve the public interest. El Zawya El Bekriya is one of the zawaya that was established and based on El Awqaf. It plays an important role on the religious, cultural and social life of the community of Touat. Due to the main role played by El Waqf on the founding of El Zawya El Bekriya and its performance of various social roles, I have chosen it as a model for study in the present work
