أثر التعديلات الدستورية في الجزائر لسنة 2020 على نظام الانتخابات

الملخص
تتأثر القوانين والتنظيمات بشكل مباشر بعد أي تعديل دستوري، إذ يعمد المشرع إلى مواءمة النصوص الدستورية من خلال جعل النصوص القانونية مطابقة للدستور ، وقانون الانتخابات من بين أهم القوانين التي تتأثر بشكل مباشر بالتعديل الدستوري ، لأنه بشكل أو بآخر ينظم الحياة السياسية بشكل عام ، خاصة ما تعلق بتنظيم الاستحقاقات الانتخابية من حيث تحديد شروط الناخب والمترشح، وطريقة الاقتراع، وإدارة العملية الانتخابية وضمان حمايتها، وتجريم المساس بمصداقيتها، كل هذه الضمانات احتواها الدستور الجزائري لسنة 2020 ونظمها المشرع بالقانون العضوي رقم 21/01 المتعلق بالانتخابات. Laws and regulations are directly affected after any constitutional amendment, as the legislator intends to harmonize the constitutional texts by making the legal texts conform to the constitution, and the election law is among the most important laws that are directly affected by the constitutional amendment, because it in one way or another regulates political life in general, especially what is related to the organization of electoral benefits in terms of defining the conditions of the voter and candidate, the method of voting, managing the electoral process and ensuring its protection, and the criminalization of compromising its credibility. All these guarantees are contained in the Algerian constitution of 2020 and regulated by the legislator by organic law No.01/21.
