Abstract

Abstract This study aims at highlighting the issue of financial inclusion of small and medium-sized enterprises,we have relied in this study on the deductive approach of description and analysis. The study concluded that the level of financial coverage is weak compared to the rest of the Arab and emerging countries, as it shows the size of the obstacles and challenges facing small and medium enterprises, which negatively affect their growth in a way that makes them more stable. الملخــص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على موضوع الشمول المالي للمشروعات الصغيرة و المتوسطة، و اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الاستنباطي بأداتيه الوصف و التحليل. و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الشمول المالي ضعيف مقارنة بباقي الدول العربية و الناشئة، حيث تبين حجم المعوقات و التحديات التي تواجه المشروعات الصغيرة و المتوسطة مما يؤثر بشكل سلبي على نموها و تطورها بالشكل الذي يجعلها أكثر استقراراً.
