دور مفتشية العمل في الوقاية من الأخطار النفسية والاجتماعية

الملخص
تختص مفتشية العمل في مراقبة احترام تطبيق الأحكام التشريعية والتنظيمية، لاسيما المتعلقة بالصحة والأمن داخل المؤسسة، كما لها دورا هاما في الوقاية من الأخطار المهنية التي قد تصيب العمال في أماكن العمل حيث يحق لمفتشي العمل القيام بالزيارات والدخول إلى أماكن العمل في أي ساعة من الليل أو النهار من أجل مراقبة تطبيق الأحكام المتعلقة بالصحة والسلامة المهنيتين، كما يمكن لهم القيام بالفحص والتحري من خلال الاطلاع على السجلات منها في مجال الوقاية الصحية والأمن وطب العمل، و سجل حوادث العمل، وفي حالة ملاحظة مفتش العمل تقصيرا أو خرقا للقانون يوجه إعذارا للمستخدم أو تحرير محضر المخالفة.
