الملخص
تعد ظاهرة عدم تماثل المعلومات في أسواق المال من الظواهر التي حظيت بالعديد من الدراسات لما لها من تأثير بالغ على قرار المستثمرين بسبب عدم تكافؤ وتوازن المعلومة بين الأطراف المتعاقدة، مما تؤدي بدورها إلى فشل الأسواق ،سنحاول من خلال هاته الدراسة البحث في أثر الإفصاح الالكتروني في الحد من هاته الظاهرة داخل سوق التأمين الجزائري ،انطلاقا من دراسة حالة شركة أليانس للتأمينات للفترة 2014-2021 ،حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لاستعراض الإطار المفاهيمي للدراسة، أما في الجانب التطبيقي فتم الاعتماد على نموذج الانحدار المتعدد باستخدام برنامج SPSS لدراسة العلاقة القياسية بين متغيري الدراسة( الإفصاح الالكتروني ، وعدم تماثل المعلومات) ، وهذا اعتمادا على التقارير المالية المنشورة في كل من بورصة الجزائر وموقع الشركة الالكتروني ، وأهم ما توصلنا إليه أن قيام شركة أليانس بالإفصاح الإلكتروني ساهم في التأثير على التخفيف من حدة عدم تماثل المعلومات . The phenomenon of asymmetry of information in the financial markets is one of the phenomena that has received many studies because of its profound impact on the decision of investors due to the asymmetry and balance of information between the contracting parties, which in turn leads to the failure of the markets. Through this study, we will try to research the impact of electronic disclosure in Reducing this phenomenon within the Algerian insurance market, , based on the case study of the Alliance Insurance Company for the period 2014-2021, where the descriptive approach was relied on to review the conceptual framework of the study, while on the practical side, it was relied on Multiple regression model using the SPSS program to study the standard relationship between the two variables of the study (electronic disclosure, information asymmetry), and this is based on the financial reports published in both the Algiers Stock Exchange and the company’s website, and the most important thing we found is that Alliances electronic disclosure contributed to the impact on Reducing the asymmetry of information .
