الضبط الداخلي -الخارجي وعلاقته باتجاهات المعلمين نحو استخدام التعليم الالكتروني

الملخص
ملخص : هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين وجهة الضبط واتجاهات المعلمين نحو استخدام التعليم الالكتروني في الأطوار التعليمية الثلاث،وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (522) معلما ومعلمة اختيروا بطريقة عشوائية ،اعتمد الباحث علة المنهج الوصفي،مستعملا مقياس الضبط لروتر والمقنن من طرف "برهوم موسى"،كما استخدم الباحث مقياسا من إعداده لقياس اتجاهات المعلمين وقد أسفرت الدراسة على النتائج التالية: اتجاهات المعلمين كانت ايجابية مع وجود فروق بين اتجاهات المعلمين تبعا لمتغيري الطور التعليمي ووجهة الضبط، وعدم وجود فروق تبعا لمتغير الجنس على مقياس الاتجاهات نحو استخدام التعليم الالكتروني.ميل المعلمين للوجهة الداخلية للضبط بنسبة تفوق91%، مع وجود فروق بين المعلمين تبعا لمتغيري الجنس ونوع الاتجاه، في حين لا توجد فروق بين المعلمين تبعا لمتغير الطور التعليمي في وجهة الضبط.يتبين لنا من خلال النتائج المتحصل عليها أن وجهة الضبط قد ساهمت في تحديد نوع الاتجاه، بحيث إذا كانت وجهة الضبط داخلية كان الاتجاه ايجابيا، وإذا كانت وجهة الضبط خارجية كان الاتجاه سلبيا نحو استخدام التعليم الالكتروني Abstract: This study aimed to identify the relationship between the locus of control and teachers’ attitudes towards the use of e- learning by teachers through the different phases. The sample of the study consisted of (522) teachers, Have been chosen at random. The researcher adopted the descriptive approach. He used the measure of “internal-external», made by Rotter and equalized by “barhoum moussa”.The researcher also used self-made measure to measure teachers’ attitudes toward the use of e-learning. The study allowed us to achieve the following results: - Teachers’ attitude was positive, with differences in attitude depending on the school phase and control direction variables, and the lack of differences between men’s and women’s attitudes towards se e-learning. - Teachers prefer the internal checkpoint to percentage that exceeds 91%.There are differences between teachers in the direction of control according to the gender variables and the type of leadership, whereas there were no differences in the direction of control between teachers according to the variable of the teacher. School phase Through the results obtained show that the checkpoint helped determines the type of attitude to the use of e-learning. So, if the checkpoint was internal, the attitude would be positive, and if the checkpoint was external, the attitude would be negative
