الملخص
الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية انطلاقا من التطور التاريخي، وحتى الوصول إلى مقاربات العديد من المفكرين والهيئات والمنظمات الدولية، مع التطرق إلى خصائصها وفوائد التحلي بها. لقد تعددت النماذج المقترحة لتطبيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية في المؤسسات، وارتأينا اختيار نموذج Carroll في دراستنا هذه، كونه الأكثر شيوعا واستعمالا بين النماذج الأخرى، ولأنه يركز أكثر على الأداء الاجتماعي لهذه المؤسسات. بغرض تحديد مدى فهم وتطبيق المسيرين في المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية لمفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية تم استخدام استبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات اللازمة، حيث تم توزيعه على عينة مكونة من 81 موظف بمؤسستين اقتصاديتين بولاية سطيف، ليتم التوصل في الأخير إلى أن الموظفين على دراية بمفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية، وأنه يتم تطبيقها في المؤسسات محل الدراسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: المسؤولية الاجتماعية، الطوعية، الأطراف ذات المصلحة، نموذج كارول. Summary This study aims to shed light on the concept of social responsibility based on historical development, reaching the approaches of many thinkers, bodies and international organizations, while addressing its characteristics and the benefits of its adoption. Many models have been proposed for applying social responsibility in organizations, and we decided to choose the Carroll model in our study, because it is the most common and used among other models, and because it focuses more on the social performance of these institutions. In order to determine the extent to which the leaders of Algerian economic institutions understand and apply the concept of social responsibility, a questionnaire was used as a tool to collect the necessary data, as it was distributed to a sample of 81 employees in two economic institutions in the wilaya of Setif, in order to finally conclude that employees are familiar with the concept of social responsibility, and that it is applied in the institutions studied.
