الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى تطبيق التشارك المعرفي وأثره على بناء منظمة متعلمة حسب نموذج سينج بالمؤسسات الإدارية بسكيكدة حيث تم توزيع استبيان على عينة بلغ حجمها 170عامل، استردت كاملة واستبعد 11 استبيان، فكان عدد الاستبيانات الصالحة للدراسة 159استبيان، ومن خلال نتائج تحليل الاستبيان باستخدام برنامجspss تم التوصل إلى أن مستوى تطبيق أسلوب التشارك المعرفي بالمؤسسات الإدارية بسكيكدة مرتفع، كما أن مستويات بناء منظمة متعلمة بهذه المؤسسات متوسط، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للتشارك المعرفي على بناء منظمة متعلمة بالمؤسسات الإدارية بسكيكدة. Abstract: This study aimed to identify the level of knowledge sharing and its impact on building an learning organization in the administrative institutions of Skikda, where a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 170, Fully recovered and 11 questionnaires were excluded, The number of valid questionnaires for the study was 159, and through the results of the questionnaire analysis using the SPSSV20 program it was concluded that the level of application of the knowledge-sharing method in the administrative institutions in Skikda is high, and the levels of building an educated organization in these institutions were medium. The study also found a statistically significant effect of cognitive sharing on building an educated organization in the administrative institutions of Skikda.
