الملخص
تعتبر نوازل القصري من المؤلفات الشرعية المهتمة بقضايا المجتمع التي لا يمكن للباحث الاستغناء عنها، فهي إلى جانب دورها الفقهي تدرس كرونولوجيا الأحداث التاريخية التي تساعد المؤرخ في تحديد فترات ومجالات التقارب بين الشعوب، فيضطر أحيانا لإقتباس نصوصها وإظهار سمة المعاملات المتصلة بحياة الأفراد والجماعات، وجاءت نوازله في القرن (13ه/19م) لتبرز الجانب الأخر للنوازل الموريتانية، فالقارئ لفصولها يدرك أنها لم تكن رهينة الإتجاه المعرفي الواحد بتنوع مادتها العلمية وأهمية أحداثها التاريخية، من خلال عرضها قضية جوهرية متمثلة في عقود القوافل من توات إلى شنقيط وأثرها في بناء علاقة القطرين الصحراويين، فالقضية التي عالجتها النازلة جرت وقائعها في بيئة صحراوية منعزلة؛ إلا أن القصري بحسن تدبيره رسم مخرجاتها وكشف الأشياء الخفية حتى اتضحت معالمها، بصورة مكنتنا من تتبع جزئياتها واستخراج ما يرمز لمواطن التقارب التواتي الشنقيطي. Nawazil al-Qasri are among the legitimate literature concerned with the issues of society that the researcher cannot dispense with. In addition to its jurisprudential role, it studies the chronology of historical events that help the historian in determining the periods and areas of rapprochement between peoples. It is sometimes necessary to quote its texts and show the characteristic of transactions related to the lives of individuals and communities. Nawazi al-Qasri came to highlight the other side of the Mauritanian nawazil. The reader of its chapters realizes that it was not held hostage to the one cognitive trend with the diversity of its scientific material and the importance of its historical events. through its presentation of a fundamental issue represented in the contracts on the caravans from Tuat to Shenguitt and their impact on the building of a relationship between the two Saharan regions. The case dealt with by the nazilah that took place in an isolated Saharan environment; but al-Qasri drew its outputs and revealed the hidden things until clarifying its dimensions in a way that enabled us to follow its particularities and extract what symbolized the points of the Tuati-Shenguitti reproachment.
