الملخص
The objective of this course study is to identify the role of small and medium enterprises in the creation of economic development in general and Algeria in particular, the small and medium enterprises were able to highlight their importance as an engine for economic development in any country in the world through its contribution to the development of the economy, achievement of the development objectives, job creation and the fighting against unemployment. Algeria is seeking to achieve development through a variety of economic activities along the hydrocarbon sector, in order to increase the importance of macroeconomic indicators of the country, and development of international competitiveness, as it can be by small and medium enterprises to achieve that and gaining competitive advantages to qualify them for international competitiveness.
