الملخص
المفاهیم الملازمة لكتابات المفكر الألماني "یورغن هابرماس" و من المفاهیم الملازمة لأفكار الحداثة و قیمها التنویریة، حیث أسئلة عدیدة یُثیرها هذا المفهوم تعلّقت بطبیعة تشكُله في مختلف أشكاله عبر نماذج سیرورته، بدءً بصحافة ال أ ري إلى الإذاعات الجه ویة و المحلیة إلى التلفزیون الفضائي إلى المیدیا الجدیدة أین تقع ثنائیة المجموعات الافت ا رضیة و الشبكات الاجتماعیة في صلب عملیة الاتصال السیاسي، على إعتبار أن الاتصال الافت ا رضي هو الشكل الأقرب للتفاعلیة البین ذاتیة الذي یفترض أن تحققه وسائل الاتصال الجماهیري، حیث إمكانیة العبور تبدو متاحة دون حدود زمنیة أو مكانیة لإبداء ال أ ري و النقاش العام، فهل تستجیب هذه المجوعات الافت ا رضیة لتحقیق بناء فضاء عمومي ج ا زئري عبر مداولة القضایا العامة؟.
