التمويل الجماعي كمصدر مستحدث لتمويل المؤسسات الناشئة_ منصة Kickstarter أنموذجا_

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الدور الذي يلعبه التمويل الجماعي كبديل مستحدث في تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة، نظرا لتميز هذا النوع من المؤسسات بالمخاطر المرتفعة التي تحول دون حصولها على التمويل من المصادر التقليدية كالبنوك مثلا. وسنتطرق في هذه الدراسة إلى منصةKickstarter كنموذج رائد في منصات التمويل الجماعي، من خلال عرض مختلف الإحصائيات المتعلقة بالمنصة وآليات عملها، وكذا إبراز دورها في تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة والشروط اللازمة ذلك. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات، أبرزها أن التمويل الجماعي يمثل أحد أفضل البدائل التمويلية المستحدثة لعلاج المشكل التمويلي للمؤسسات الناشئة. Abstract: This study aims to shed light on the role that crowdfunding plays as a modern alternative in financing start ups, as a result of their high risks that prevent them from obtaining funding from traditional sources such as banks for example. In this study, we will address the Kickstarter platform as a pioneering model in crowdfunding platforms, by presenting various statistics related to the platform and its working mechanisms, in addition to highlighting its role in financing start ups and the conditions necessary for that). The study concluded with a set of findings and recommendations, most notably that crowdfunding represents one of the best advanced financing alternatives to address the problem of financing start ups.
