الملخص
تميزت فترة القرن التاسع عشر ميلادي باضطهاد الأوروبيين للأقليات اليهودية، مما اضطر أكثريتهم إلى تغيير أماكن إقامتهم و أجبروا على البحث عن مكان جديد لهم في العالم، وعن مركز جديد في المجتمع. وبرزت جمعيات و منظمات مختلفة حيث بدأت بشكل محاولات لتجديد الدين اليهودي ومفاهيمه و تقاليده، والاهتمام باللغة العبرية و دراسة التراث العبري، وأبرز هذه المنظمات والجمعيات: جمعية محبي العبرية، و جمعية أبناء موسى. و ازدهرت في هذه الفترة النشاطات الفكرية الداعية لإعادة بناء الشعب اليهودي في وطنه التاريخي، غير أن هذه النشاطات لم تحقق هدفها حتى جاء عام 1897م الذي يعتبر عاما حاسما في التاريخ اليهودي إذ شهد ميلاد الحركة الصهيونية التي لعبت دورا فعالا في لم شتات اليهود في العالم حتى قيام الكيان الاسرائيلي بفلسطين عام 1948م. The period of the nineteenth century was characterized by the European persecution of the Jewish minorities, forcing the majority of them to change their places of residence and were forced to search for a new place in the world and a new position in society. Various associations and organizations emerged as attempts to renew the Jewish religion, its concepts and traditions, and interest in the Hebrew language and the study of Hebrew heritage. The most prominent of these organizations and associations are: the Hebrew Lovers Association, and the Sons of Moses Association. During this period, intellectual activities calling for the rebuilding of the Jewish people in their historical homeland flourished. However, these activities did not achieve their goal until the year 1897, which is considered a decisive year in Jewish history, when it witnessed the birth of the Zionist movement, which played an active role in the diaspora of Jews in the world until The establishment of the Israeli entity in Palestine in 1948
