الملخص
يهتم البحث بقياس السلوك الابداعي للمرشدات التربويات، ودوره في حل المشكلات الادارية ضمن نطاق عملهن، ولبلوغ هذا تم اعتماد مرتكزات السلوك الابداعي الاساسية، مقياساً، ودراسة دورها في حل المشكلات الادارية. وتم اعتماد عينة قصدية محددة بالمرشدات التربويات من النساء فقط، والعاملات في المدارس الابتدائية تحديداً، والبالغ عددهن (95) مرشدة تربوية، ولبلوغ البحث مراميه تم الاستناد الى فرضية رئيسة مفادها " للسلوك الابداعي ممثلا بمرتكزاته (الطلاقة ، المرونة ، الأصالة ، الإفاضة ، الحدس تجاه حدوث المشكلات ) دوراً معنوياً في حل المشكلات الإدارية". ولإثبات صحة الفرضية من عدمها تم اعداد استبانة مخصصة لهذا الغرض وزعت على عينة مقدارها (48) مرشدة تربوية يعملن في مختلف المدارس الابتدائية ضمن الدراسة (العربية، الكردية، التركمانية)، حُللت اجابتهن باعتماد الادوات الاحصائية المناسبة، وتم التوصل الى العديد من النتائج التي كانت اساساً لبناء مقترحات نامل ان تكون مفيدة لهن في اداء مهمتهن، والارتقاء بأدائهن بشكل افضل. The research is concerned with measuring the creative behavior of female educational counselors, and its role in solving administrative problems within the scope of their work. A specific intentional sample of female educational counselors was adopted, and those working in primary schools in particular, who numbered (95) educational counselors. The occurrence of problems) plays a moral role in solving administrative problems. To prove the validity of the hypothesis or not, a questionnaire was prepared for this purpose and distributed to a sample of (48) educational counselors working in various primary schools within the study (Arabic, Kurdish, Turkmen). As a basis for building proposals that we hope will be useful to them in performing their task, and improving their performance in a better way. La recherche vise à mesurer le comportement créatif des conseillères en éducation et son rôle dans la résolution des problèmes administratifs dans le cadre de leur travail. Un échantillon intentionnel spécifique de femmes conseillères pédagogiques a été retenu, et notamment celles travaillant dans les écoles primaires, qui comptait (95) conseillères pédagogiques. l'apparition de problèmes) joue un rôle moral dans la résolution des problèmes administratifs. Pour prouver ou non la validité de l'hypothèse, un questionnaire a été préparé à cet effet et distribué à un échantillon de (48) conseillers pédagogiques travaillant dans différentes écoles primaires de l'étude (arabe, kurde, turkmène). Comme base pour construire des propositions qui, nous l'espérons, leur seront utiles dans l'accomplissement de leur tâche et l'amélioration de leurs performances.
