مصر وإريتريا علاقات قديمة وممتدة في ربوع القارة السمراء

الملخص
ملخص: تُشكل أفريقيا امتدادًا حيويًا لجمهورية مصر العربية، وتعد إريتريا عمق القاهرة الاستراتيجي في الجنوب، كما أنها تعد حليفًا استراتيجيًا رئيسًا بالنسبة لمصر في منطقة القرن الأفريقي، وتمثل مصر بالنسبة لإريتريا أيضًا عمقها الاستراتيجي الشمالي. وقد تناول هذا البحث موقع إريتريا وأهميته الإستراتيجية، وأهم ملامح السطح، والتركيبة السكانية واللغات، كما تم استعراض العلاقات العربية – الإريترية، وتاريخ العلاقات المصرية – الإريترية، وتناول قضية إريتريا في الأمم المتحدة، ومسألة المساندة المصرية لإريتريا في مواجهة الاحتلال الإثيوبي، واشتمل أيضًا على التعاون بين مصر وإريتريا لأمن البحر الأحمر، والعلاقات الثقافية بين مصر وإريتريا، وتطرق إلى حاضر ومستقبل العلاقات المصرية – الإريترية في المجال الاقتصادي والتعاون في مجال الرعاية الطبية. وتأتي أهمية هذه الدراسة لإلقاء الضوء على علاقة مصر بالدول الصديقة والحليفة داخل القارة الأفريقية، بهدف التأكيد على الاندماج والتكامل بين دول القارة. - وقد خرجت الدراسة بعدة توصيات، من بينها: وضع إستراتيجية عمل على المستوى السياسي والشعبي لتطوير العلاقات بين مصر ودول القارة الأفريقية. - توجيه الدعوات إلى تنسيق السياسات العربية مع إريتريا والدول الأفريقية لوضع صيغة عربية – أفريقية مشتركة لحفظ الأمن القومي المشترك من التدخلات الخارجية. كلمات مفتاحية: العلاقات المصرية الإريترية، مصر، إريتريا، البحر الأحمر، القرن الأفريقي. Summary: Africa constitutes a vital extension of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and Eritrea is the strategic depth of Cairo in the south, as it is a major strategic ally for Egypt in the Horn of Africa, and Egypt also represents for Eritrea its northern strategic depth. This research dealt with the location of Eritrea and its strategic importance, the most important features of the surface, demographics and languages. It also reviewed Arab-Eritrean relations, the history of Egyptian-Eritrean relations, the Eritrean issue at the United Nations, and the issue of Egyptian support for Eritrea in the face of the Ethiopian occupation, and also included: Cooperation between Egypt and Eritrea for the security of the Red Sea, and cultural relations between Egypt and Eritrea, and he touched on the present and future of Egyptian-Eritrean relations in the economic field and cooperation in the field of medical care. The importance of this study is to shed light on Egypt's relationship with friendly and allied countries within the African continent, with the aim of emphasizing integration and integration among the countries of the continent. - The study came out with several recommendations, including: developing a work strategy at the political and popular levels to develop relations between Egypt and the countries of the African continent. - Calling for coordination of Arab policies with Eritrea and African countries to set a common Arab-African formula to preserve common national security from foreign interference.
