الازمة المالية في فلسطين وتأثيرها على اداء مدربي منتسبي هيئة التدريب العسكري-اريحا

الملخص
ملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على مدى تاثير الازمة المالية في دولة فلسطين على اداء مدربي هيئة التدريب العسكري اريحا، ومن اجل ذلك قام الباحثان بتحديد مجتمع الدراسة والمكون من مدربي هيئة التدريب العسكري والبالغ عددهم (120) مدربا ومجربة، وقد بلغت العينة (85) مدرب ومتدربة تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملاءمته لطبيعة الدراسة واهدافها، واظهرت النتائج بعدم وجود فروقات ذات دلالة احصائية خاصة بتاثير الازمة المالية على اداء مدربي هيئة التدريب العسكري من حيث الجنس (الذكور والاناث) على العكس فقد اظهرت النتائج وجود فروقات ذات دلاله احصائية خاصة بتاثير الازمة المالية على اداء مدربي هيئة التدريب العسكري عند الرتبة العسكرية (ملازم اول فاقل) وعند المؤهل العلمي (دبلوم وبكالوريوس) وعند سنوات الخدمة ( اقل من 10 سنوات)، كما اشارت النتائج الى ان تاثير الازمة المالية في دولة فلسطين على اداء مدربي هيئة التدريب العسكري – اريحا حاليا هو متوسط لعدم تاثر الرواتب بالازمة وانتظامها حتى الوقت الحالي. Abstract: The study aimed to identify the extent of the impact of the money crisis in the State of Palestine on the performance of Jericho Military Training Corps trainers, and for that, the researcher identified the study community, which is made up of (120) trainers and tried, and the sample amounted to (85) trainers and experimenters. They were selected in a simple random way, and the researcher used the descriptive analytical method for its relevance to the nature of the study and its objectives, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences related to the impact of the financial crisis on the performance of the military training body trainers in terms of gender (males and females). On the contrary, the results showed the presence of statistically significant differences. Especially the impact of the financial crisis on the performance of the trainers of the Military Training Authority at the military rank (first lieutenant or less), at the scientific qualification (diploma and bachelor) and at the years of service (less than 10 years), and the results indicated that the impact of the financial crisis in the State of Palestine on the performance of the trainers Military training - Jericho currently is average because salaries have not been affected by the crisis and their regularity until the present time.
