أثر اعتماد إستراتيجية تخريج الوظائف على ربحية المؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة شركة "حضنة حليب" بالمسيلة

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى مساهمة اعتماد إستراتيجية التخريج في تخفيض تكاليف الوظائف المخرّجة ثم بيان أثر ذلك على ربحية المؤسسة الاقتصادية، وذلك بالتطبيق على إحدى الشركات الجزائرية المتخصصة في مجال إنتاج الحليب ومشتقاته: شركة "حضنة حليب" بالمسيلة. ولقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أنّ اعتماد إستراتيجية تخريج وظيفة النقل بالشركة محلّ الدراسة مكّنتها من تحقيق تخفيض جدّ معتبر لعناصر تكلفة هذه الوظيفة نلمس تأثيره الكبير على إجمالي تكاليف النقل ومن خلالها التأثير على ربحية الشركة بنسبة زيادة قدرها% 32,11 . This study aims to highlight the extent to which the adoption of the outsourcing strategy contributes to reducing the costs of these output function, and then showing the impact of this on the profitability of the economic enterprise, by applying it to one of the Algerian companies specialized in the production of milk and its derivatives: "Hodna Milk" company in M’sila. This study concluded that the adoption of the outsourcing strategy of the transportation function of the company under study enabled it to achieve a very significant reduction in the cost elements of this function. We see its significant impact on the total transportation costs and through it the impact on the company's profitability with an increase of 32,11%.
