الملخص
ملخص: يقوم الإنسان بأنشطة متعددة في حياته لكي يتكيف مع متطلبات البيئة والحياة المحيطة به و ذلك لإشباع و تحقيق حاجاته، حيث نجد أن هذه الأنشطة جميعها تحدث في نطاق جماعات يتفاعل الفرد فيها مع غيره، فمن هذه المشاركة يكتسب ما تقوم به الجماعة من أوجه نشاط تعود عليه بالمنفعة بالإضافة إلى تحقيق وجوده ضمن هذه الجماعة، في هذا البحث استنتجنا تأثير جماعات العمل على سلوك الأفراد داخل المنظمة. Abstract: A person performs multiple activities in his life in order to adapt to the requirements of the environment and the surrounding life in order to satisfy and fulfill his needs, as we find that all these activities take place in the range of groups in which the individual interacts with others, from this participation he acquires what the group does in terms of An activity that will benefit him in addition to achieving his presence within this group.
