الملخص
ملخص: تتعرض هذه الدراسة للتحديات التي تواجه صون وتوظيف التراث الثقافي غير المادي. من أبرز هذه التحديات هي طبيعة التراث الثقافي غير المادي نفسه فهو تراث حي ومتغير ومتكيف. بينما تشكل المخاوف من ابتذاله وتشويهه وعزله عن سياقه بحيث يبدو في شكل منتجات تفتقر للأصالة وتنزع نحو الانتشار الرخيص أبرز التحديات التي تواجه توظيفه. اتبعت الدراسة منهج وصفى تحليلي يعتمد على عرض المعلومات وتحليلها للوصول الى نتائج عقلية محددة. أما عن محاور الدراسة فقد بدأت بتوضيح مفهوم التراث الثقافي غير المادي، وأهميته، والمهددات التي تواجهه، ومن ثم عرضت لسبل صونه وإحياءه وعرضت أخيرا للتحديات التي تواجه صونه وتوظيفه في النسق الاقتصادي. انتهت الدراسة الى أن التراث الثقافي غير المادي تراث حي تقتضي طبيعته التداعي لصونه وإبقاءه في حالة الحياة ضمن تطوره الطبيعي. كما انه يمكن أن يوظف في جملة من الأنشطة الاقتصادية كالسياحة تبعا لشروط محددة. وتضمنت الدراسة عددا من التوصيات التي تتعلق بصون واستثمار التراث الثقافي غير المادي. التراث الثقافي غير المادي، الفولكلور، الصون، التوظيف، العولمة Abstract The safeguarding and employment of intangible cultural heritage (ICH) faces various challenges. One of the main among them is its nature, as it is a living, changing, and adaptive heritage. As for the most prominent challenges facing its employment, the fears that (ICH) will be trivialized or distorted products tending towards cheap dissemination. The approach followed by the study is a descriptive approach depends on the presentation and analysis of information to reach mental results. The axes of the study presented the concept of (ICH), its importance, the threats it faces, ways to preserve and revive it, then it presented the challenges facing its preservation and employment in the economic system. The study concluded that the (ICH) is a living heritage whose nature requires to keep it in the state of life within its natural development. It can also be employed in a number of economic activities such as tourism according to specific conditions.
