الملخص
ملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع منظومة التعليم العالي والابتكار في الجزائر ، من خلال التعرف على واقع شبكة مؤسسات التعليم العالي وتعداد الطلبة وتطور براءات الاختراع ومخابر البحث والانتاج العلمي، ومكانة الجزائر عربيا، حيث تمت الدراسة باعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد تم التوصل إلى أن التعليم العالي يلعب دورا مهما في النهوض باقتصاد المعرفة وهو رافعة للابتكار، و أن النظام الوطني للابتكار يعمل على تطوير وترقية نشاطات الابتكار والبحث والتطوير، كما تبين أن منظومة التعليم العالي والابتكار في الجزائر تعاني العديد من المشاكل سواء كانت متعلقة بالتكوين أو متعلقة بالبحث العلمي والابتكار، لذا يجب النهوض بواقعها وتطويرها وضمان الاستخدام الأمثل للموارد المتاحة سواء المادية أو البشرية، لتعزيز قدرات البحث والتطوير ودعم الابتكار، ويكون ذلك عن طريق إيجاد منظومة متجددة ومنسجمة وتفعيل جودة التعليم العالي وإعطاء دفعة للبحث والابتكار. Abstract: This study aims to identify the reality of the system of higher education and innovation in Algeria, by identifying the reality of the network of higher education institutions, the number of students, the development of patents, research and scientific production laboratories, and the position of Algeria in the Arab world. The study was carried out by adopting the descriptive analytical approach, and it has been reached that higher education It plays an important role in the advancement of the knowledge economy, which is a lever for innovation, and that the national system of innovation works to develop and upgrade the activities of innovation, research and development, as it was found that the system of higher education and innovation in Algeria suffers from many problems, whether related to training or m Leech and scientific innovation research, so must the advancement of their betterment and development and ensure the optimal use of available resources, whether physical or human, to enhance R & D capabilities and support innovation, and this is by finding a renewed and harmonious system and activating the quality of higher education and to give a boost to research and innovation.
