نزاعات بحر الصين الجنوبي وتداعياتها على أمن إمدادات الطاقة في مضيق ملقا

الملخص
نظرا للأهمية الجيوسياسية التي يتمتع بها بحر الصين الجنوبي في منطقة شرق آسيا فقد عرف نزاعات بحرية إقليمية بين دول الجوار حول السيادة على جزره ومسطحاته المائية، التي يرى فيها كل طرف ولعدة اعتبارات أحقيته عليها، وكون البحر من أحد أكبر مراكز التجارة البحرية في العالم فهو مرتبط بأهم الممرات البحرية لنقل الإمدادات النفطية في مضيق ملقا، لهذا سعت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تبيان التداعيات الأمنية المترتبة عن هذه النزاعات البحرية وانعكاساته على أمن إمدادات الطاقة في مضيق ملقا، من خلال التعريف بالمكانة التي يحظى بها بحر الصين الجنوبي في المنطقة، وأهمية مضيق ملقا ودوره الجيوسياسي في التجارة البحرية الدولية، وفق اعتماد المنهج التحليلي لوصف وتفسير العلاقة ما بين النزاعات البحرية في بحر الصين الجنوبي، وتحليل حيثيات النزاع بين الدول الاقليمية في بحر الصين الجنوبي وانعكاساتها على أمن إمدادات الطاقة في مضيق ملقا. Given the geopolitical importance that the South China Sea enjoys in the East Asian region, it has witnessed regional maritime conflicts between the riparian countries over sovereignty over its islands and maritime borders, which each country considers entitlement to it, and considerations are given for this, and the fact that the China Sea is one of the largest sea trade crossings in the world. The world, as it is linked to the most important sea lanes for transporting oil through the Strait of Malacca, this paper aims to explain the security repercussions of these maritime conflicts and their repercussions on the security of energy supplies in the Strait of Malacca, by identifying the position of the South China Sea in the region, and the importance of the Strait of Malacca. And its geopolitical role in international maritime trade, using the analytical method to describe and explain the relationship between the various maritime conflicts in the South China Sea, and analyze the merits of the conflict between the countries of the South China Sea region, and its reflection on energy security in the Strait of Malacca.
