استشكال متن "الحديث النبوي" بين التثبيت والتعليل - دراسة تأصيلية –

الملخص
لا يخفى أن "استشكال" متن الحديث _ لمعارضة ظاهره للدليل القطعيّ _ يؤدي بالباحث إلى سلوكِ أحدِ طريقين: السعي إلى رفع الإشكال بأحدِ وجوه التأويل المقبولة (الجمع، أو النسخ، أو الترجيح) عن طريق إعمال قوعدِ علم "مشكل الحديث"، وبالتالي إمضاء الحديث وقبوله. أو الحكم بإعلال متنه، لامتناع التأويل المقبول السالم من كل وجه، ومن ثمّ الحكم بوقوع الغلط من بعض رواته. وهذه الدراسة كاشفةٌ للفرقِ بين نوعي الاستشكال، باعتباره قاسماً مشتركاً بين العِلمين: "مشكل الحديث"، و"علم علل المتون" _ في بعض صوره _ وقد انتهى البحث إلى جملة من النتائج أهما: أن قوة الإشكالِ تعدّ أهم عاملٍ مؤثّر في طريقة التصرف إزاء الحديث المستشكَل _ بتثبيته، أو تعليله _، كما أنّ تيقّنَ النقّاد من وقوع الوهم من بعض الرواة بتصرفهم في ألفاظ المتن المستشكل قائدٌ لهم إلى الحكمِ بتعليله، دون التفاتٍ إلى إمكانية تأويل معناه بما يتوافق مع الأدلة القطعية. Confusion of the text of the "Prophetic Hadith" between authentication and weakness - Foundational study - Abstract: It is no secret that the “confusion” of the text of the Hadith – due to the opposition of its appearance to the definitive proof– leads the researcher to take one of two paths: seeking to remove the issue with one of the acceptable forms of interpretation (combining, copying, or weighting) by implementing the rules of the science of “the Problem of Hadith”, and thus approving the Hadith and accepting it. Or judging by the weakness of its text, due to the failure of an acceptable and solid interpretation in all aspects, and then judging on the occurrence of a mistake from some of its narrators. This study reveals the difference between the two types of confusion, as it is a common denominator between the two sciences: “the problem of hadith” and “the science of the weaknesses of the texts” - in some of its forms. The research concluded with a number of results, the most important of which are: that the strength of confusion is the most important factor influencing the way of dealing with confused Hadith by its authentication, or its weaknes. Likewise, the critics' certainty that some narrators made a mistake in their adaptation of some words of the confused text, leads to judge its weakness, without paying attention to the possibility of interpreting its meaning in accordance with the definitive proof.
