الاستغلال الجنسي للأطفال عبر شبكة الأنترنت وطرق مكافحته والوقاية منه

الملخص
إن تزويد الأطفال بالأدوات اللازمة لحماية أنفسهم من مخاطر الأنترنت وتوعيتهم أكثر بمسؤولياتهم هو أحد السبل الأكثر فعالية لصون حقوق الأطفال في عدم التعرض للاستغلال والاعتداء الجنسيين، فالطفل يتبنى التكنولوجيات الجديدة دون عناء، لكنه يحتاج إلى المهارات والثقة لكي يشعر بالأمان وهو يستكشف حدود عالم التكنولوجيا الرقمية، وهو بحاجة إلى تطوير قدراته كونه مواطن له حقوق، فالطفل الذي يمتلك مهارات رقمية يكون أقدر على تجنب مخاطر الاستغلال الجنسي المحتملة في عالم التكنولوجيا والتصدي لها على نحو ملائم. باللغة الانجليزية: Providing children with the tools necessary to protect themselves from the dangers of the Internet and making them more aware of their responsibilities is one of the most effective ways to safeguard children's rights not to be subjected to sexual exploitation and abuse. The child adopts new technologies effortlessly, but he needs skills and confidence in order to feel safe as he explores the limits of the digital technology world, He needs to develop his capabilities as a citizen with rights. A child who has digital skills would be better able to avoid and respond appropriately to the potential sexual exploitation risks in the technology world. باللغة الفرنسية Fournir aux enfants les outils nécessaires pour se protéger des dangers d'Internet et les sensibiliser à leurs responsabilités est l'un des moyens les plus efficaces de protéger les droits des enfants à ne pas être soumis à l'exploitation et aux abus sexuels. Il a besoin de développer ses capacités en tant que citoyen ayant des droits. Un enfant qui a des compétences numériques serait mieux en mesure d'éviter et de répondre de manière appropriée aux risques potentiels d'exploitation sexuelle dans le monde de la technologie.
