الملخص
تهدف هاته الدراسة إلى تشخيص الوضع الحالي لبورصة الجزائر وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهجين الوصفي والتحليلي بهدف التعريف ببورصة الجزائر والهيئات المسيرة لها، محاولة معرفة أهم معوقات عمل بورصة الجزائر بالإضافة إلى محاولة إيجاد حلول عملية تساهم تفعيل عمل بورصة الجزائر ويعود تدني مستوى عمل بورصة الجزائر إلى ضعف نشاط السوق الأولية، قلة المؤسسات المسعرة في بورصة الجزائر إضافة إلى عدم تنوع الأوراق المالية في المقابل ولكي تفعل وتواكب نشاط البورصات العالمية يجب عليها على سبيل المثال لا على سبيل الحصر أن تقوم بتحفيز الادخار، ضرورة تفعيل سوق المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بالإضافة إلى عصرنة الجهاز المصرفي. Summary: This study aims to diagnose the current situation of the Algerian Stock Exchange, based on the descriptive and analytical approaches, with the aim of introducing the Algerian Stock Exchange and its governing authorities, attempting to know the most important obstacles to the work of the Algeria Stock Exchange, in addition to trying to find practical solutions that contribute to the activation of the work of the Algerian Stock Exchange. The low level of work of the Algerian Stock Exchange is due to the weak activity of the primary market, the lack of listed institutions in the Algerian Stock Exchange, in addition to the lack of diversification of securities on the other hand. Small and medium in addition to the modernization of the banking system
