Résumé
Le colonialisme français, depuis l'occupation de l'Algérie en 1830, a commis de nombreux crimes humains dont l'impact se poursuit à ce jour . La propriété des Algériens a été remise aux Français et aux Juifs, qui ont obtenu la nationalité française. Et après l’indépendance, de nombreux étrangers ont fui l'Algérie de leur plein gré et ont quitté leurs propriétés, et beaucoup d'entre eux ont été impliqués dans le meurtre et la torture d'Algériens et ont participé à des massacres contre eux et contre l'humanité, face à cette situation, ces biens vacants dévolue à l'Etat Algérien.
