صعوبات تطبيق استراتيجية التقويم المعتمِد على الأداء من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم المتوسط في مادة العلوم الفيزيائية

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن صعوبات تطبيق استراتيجية التقويم المعتمَد على الأداء؛ من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم المتوسط في مادة العلوم الفيزيائية والتكنولوجية، بولاية تلمسان للسنة الدراسية 2020/2021، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اُعتُمِد على المنهج الوصفي، حيث اختيرَت عينة متكونة من (53)أستاذا ممن يُدَرِّسون مادة العلوم الفيزيائية والتكنولوجية بطريقة العينة القصدية، طُبِّقت عليهم أداة الدراسة المتمثلة في استبيان " صعوبات تطبيق استراتيجية التقويم المعتمِد على الأداء "، والتي تكونت من (03) محاور، حيث بُنِيَت من طرف الباحثين بعد التحقق من خصائصها السيكومترية. وقد توصلت نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى أن الصعوبات المتعلقة بالأستاذ جاءت في المرتبة الأولى، تلتها الصعوبات المرتبطة بظروف التطبيق، ثم تلك المتعلقة بالمتعلم. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أوصت الدراسة بزيادة تكوين وتدريب الأستاذ لممارسة التقويم الحديث واستراتيجياته بفعالية، وتزويد المتعلم بمجموعة مهارات تتحدى وضعيات وأنشطة تقيس أداءه، محاكية لواقعه، ومثيرة لمستويات تفكيره العليا، ثم إجراء المزيد من البحوث والدراسات النوعية حول موضوع التقويم الحديث للارتقاء بأداء منظومتنا التربوية. The study aimed to reveal the difficulties of implementing the performance-based evaluation strategy from the point of view of intermediate education professors in the subject of physical and technological sciences in the town of Tlemcen for the academic year 2020/2021, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive curriculum was adopted, where a sample of (53) teachers Those who study the physical and technological sciences subject by the intentional sampling method have applied to them the study tool represented in the "Difficulties Applying a Performance-Based Assessment Strategy", which consists of 03 axes. as it was built by the researcher after verifying its psychometric properties. The results of this study concluded that the difficulties related to the professor came first, followed by the difficulties related to the conditions of application, and then those related to the learner. In light of these results, the study recommended increasing the training of the teacher to effectively practice modern evaluation and its strategies, and providing the learner with a set of skills that challenge situations and activities that measure his performance simulating his reality and exciting his higher levels of thinking and then conducting more research and qualitative studies on the topic of modern evaluation to improve the performance of our educational system.
