الهندسة الاجتماعية لمجتمع المخاطر في ظل أزمة فيروس كورونا (كوفيد19)

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة الى الكشف عن تداعيات ا الازمة الصحية التي يعرفها العالم وهي وباء فيروس كورونا (كوفيد 19)، وهي دراسة نظرية حاولنا من خلالها التطرق للمداخل النظرية لتفسير المرض ونظريات مجتمع المخاطر، حاولنا اسقاط هذه النظريات على الازمة الصحية،وقد تم لهذا الغرض استخدام المنهج الوصفي من خلال التعرض للوصف والتحليل الكيفي للسلوكات والتفاعلات اليومية للفاعلين الاجتماعين في ظل الأزمة الصحية محاولين في ذلك رسم دلالتها السوسيولوجية، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى رسم العديد من البدائل والاقتراحات لاستعادة الحياة الطبيعية أهمها: - التسلح بالعلم وضرورة استخدام التكنولوجيات الحديثة للتكيف مع مجتمع المخاطر . - استغلال الهندسة الاجتماعية في شقها الايجابي لمجابهة وباء كورونا(كوفيد19) من خلال استحداث تطبيقات هاتفية . - ضرورة الانتقال الى الادارة الالكترونية لمسايرة الدول الغربية في هذا المجال واستغلالها للوقاية من المرض واستعادة الحياة الطبيعية. - ضرورة تكوين فرق ولجان خاصة مهمتها نشر الوعي الصحي والتربية الصحية في أوساط المجتمع. - العمل على استعادة الحياة الطبيعية بصورة تدريجية مع أخذ كل التدابير الاحترازية. - العمل على انشاء مركز وطني لليقظة الصحية لرصد كل التحولات في الشأن الصحي The study aims to reveal the repercussions of the health crisis, that the world know about , which is the epidemic of the corona virus (Covid 19), and it is a theoretical study through which we tried to address the theoretical approaches to explaining the disease and theories of the risk society, Through exposure to the description and qualitative analysis of the daily behaviors and interactions of social actors in light of the health crisis, trying to derive its sociological significance. Therefore , the study found many alternatives and suggestions to restore normal life, the most important of which are: - Giving more importance to knowledge and science and the need to us modern technologies to adapt to the risk society - Exploiting social engineering in its positive aspect to confront the Corona epidemic (Covid 19) througt the development of phone applications - The need to move to electronic management to keep pace with western countries in this field and exploit it to prevent disease and restore normal life. The necessity of forming special teams and commitees whose mission is to spread health awareness and health education in the community. Work to gradually restore normal life, taking all precautionary measures. work to establish a National Center for Health Vigilance to monitor all changes in health matters.
