المشروع الديني والقضائي الفرنسي في الجزائر وموقف جمعية العلماء المسلمين منه The French Religious And Judicial Project In Algeria And The Position Of The Association Of Muslim Scholars On It

الملخص

إن الاستعمار الفرنسي وهو يحتل الجزائر كان يحمل مشروعا ثقافيا بديلا عن الموروث الثقافي الجزائري، و كانت دعامة برنامجه الكبرى ضرب الإسلام في كل أشكال وجوده الاجتماعي والثقافي والسياسي والاقتصادي، فقد ركز على إخضاع المؤسسات الدينية لسلطته المباشرة، واطلق حملات التبشير لتنصير الجزائريين، واتخذ من القضاء بقوانين فرنسية وسيلة لإخضاعهم، غير أن ظهور جمعية العلماء المسلمين بداية العقد الثالث من القرن الماضي كقوة فاعلة ومؤثرة في المجتمع، حفز الجزائريين المستقلين عن الذات الفرنسية ببعديهم الحضاري والثقافي، من احداث ثورة نفسية وعقائدية، أخلاقية واجتماعية، أسهمت في تخليص الدين الإسلامي من البدع و الخرافات التي علقت به، والتمسك بقضائهم ، ومن ثم التمسك بهويتهم، ورفض الانسلاخ . : the Algerian cultural heritage, and the mainstay of its major program was to strike Islam in all forms of its social, cultural, political and economic existence, as it focused on subjecting religious institutions to its direct authority, and launched campaign to evangelize Algerians, and took the judiciary With French laws as a means to subjugate them, however, the emergence of the Association of Muslim Scholars at the beginning of the third decade of the last century as an effective and influential force in society stimulated Algerians who are independent of the French self with their cultural and cultural dimensions, from the creation of a psychological and ideological, moral and social revolution, which contributed to ridding the Islamic religion of heresies and The superstitions that clung to it, adhere to their cause, and then cling to their identity, and refuse to alienate.
