ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحيثة إلى إبراز تطور الوضع التعليمي للمرأة الجزائرية ودورها التنموي باعتبارها مورد من موارد بشرية، وبما أن المرأة تمثل نصف المجتمع فإن وضعها الاجتماعي سواء داخل الأسرة أو خارجها اكتسبت أهمية كبرى، ومع هذا الوعي العالمي احتلت قضايا المرأة مؤخرا مقدمة أولويات الخطوط الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للحكومات في مختلف أنحاء العالم وعليه سنحاول في هذه المداخلة إبراز مشاركة المرأة في العملية التنموية لا سيما في المحاولات الثقافية والجماعية والتعليمية وحتى الصحية مع التطرق إلى تطور الوضع التعليمي وأهم عقبات التحديات التي نقف أمام مشاركتها في عملية التنمية This research paper aims to highlight the development of the educational situation of Algerian women and their developmental role as a resource of human resources, and since women represent half of society, their social status, whether within the family or outside it, has gained great importance, and with this global awareness, women’s issues have recently occupied the top priorities of economic and social lines to governments around the world Accordingly, we will try in this intervention to highlight the participation of women in the development process, especially in cultural, collective, educational and even health endeavors, while addressing the development of the educational situation and the most important obstacles to the challenges we stand in front of their participation in the development process
