Résumé

More than just field research, this work is a plan of action. It deals with one of the most preponderant questions in didactics, that of the training of teachers in FOS. In the Algerian context, FOS education is becoming more and more a necessity. The training of teachers then arises as a problem: the definition of content and curricula must be carefully studied in order to guarantee effective teaching, which meets both the expectations of the students and those of the socio-cultural context of the country. We propose to define a benchmark for these teachers; an instrument which defines the skills required for any FOS teacher whatever the socio-cultural context in which he will exercise his profession.
