تحديات واليات تكوين مجتمع المعرفة من أجل تحقيق تنمية إجتماعية

الملخص
تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز تحديات وأليات تكوين مجتمع المعرفة من أجل تحقيق التنمية الإجتماعية، وقد تمّ التوصل إلى أن قدرة مجتمع ما على توليد المعرفة ونشرها وتطبيقها أمر حاسم من أجل تحسين مستوى المعيشة، وتحقيق نمو إجتماعي مستدام، حيث أن مجتمع المعرفة بات أهم عامل في التنمية الاجتماعية والتقدم في مختلف المجالات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية، حيث يعتمد بقوة على تطبيق المعارف والابتكارات الناتجة عن مستويات التعليم، والتحسينات النوعية في مجال الاعلام والاتصال التي تتيح إستعمال التكنولوجيا الجديدة، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج تمّ اقتراح مجموعة من الاقتراحات الرّامية إلى تعزيز اليات تكوين مجتمع المعرفة لتحقيق تنمية إجتماعية . This study seeks to highlight the challenges and mechanisms of forming a knowledge society, it has been found that a society’ is ability to generate and spread and apply knowledge is essential for sustainable social growth, as the knowledge society has become the most important factor in social development and progress in various fields economic, social and political, it is strongly dependent on the innovations resulting from the level of education, and qualitative improvements in the field of media and communication ,in the light of this results it was proposed a number of recommendations which aims to strengthen the mechanisms of knowledge society process in achieving social development .
