الملخص
تسعى القراءة التأويلية إلى كشف المضمر من المقاصد، وهي قراءة استعان بها الأصولي لسبر أغوار الخطاب الشرعي حتى تتضح له الرؤية المقاصدية من أجل جلب المنافع ودرء المفاسد. لذا سنتحدث عن أهم المسلمات التي انطلق منها الأصولي في قراءته للخطاب القرآني والخطاب النبوي، ومنه كان الإشكال كالآتي: ماهي الأسس التي انبنى عليها التأويل الأصولي؟ The hermeneutical reading seeks to uncover the hidden from the purposes, It is a reading used by the fundamentalist to probe the depths of the legal discourse so that the intentional vision becomes clear to him in order to bring benefits and ward off evil. Therefore, we will talk about the most important axioms from which the fundamentalist departed in his reading of the Quran discourse and the prophetic discourse, and from it the problem was as follows: What are the foundations on which the fundamentalist interpretation is built?
