الملخص
ملخص: نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة لتوضيح كيفية تأثير عوائق دخول المؤسسات للصناعة على نسبة تركزها في الصناعة التي تنشط فيها، خاصة وأن عوائق الدخول عندما تتحكم فيها الدولة بطريقة فعالة يمكن أن تخفض منها، ومن جهة أخرى يمكن أن تصعب من هذه العوائق ليصبح القطاع حكرا على بعض المؤسسات فقط، ولتسهيل الدراسة اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي. وتوصلنا إلى أن عوائق الدخول أثرت بصورة مباشرة على التركز الصناعي للمؤسسات، ولتوضيح ذلك إستعنا بقطاع الصناعة الصيدلانية في الجزائر خاصة وأنه قطاع حساس لا تتركه الدولة حرا بل تتدخل لكي تحافظ عليه من جهة وسعيها لتغطية أكبر نسبة طلب من جهة أخرى، وتدخلها هذا فرض شروط وتسهيلات مما زاد من عدد المؤسسات داخل القطاع وغيّر الهيكل من احتكار القلة إلى المنافسة التامة. Abstract: This study aims to clarify the impact of handicaps of the penetration of industrial companies in the sector which they work. Especially when these empeachments become under the effective power of State a factor of reduction of its influence. On the other hand the state can make these handicaps more difficult to render this sector monopolized by some companies. In this context we have adopted the descriptive method. As results of this study we have concluded that the handicaps to the penetration influence directly the industrial concentration of companies, to claryfing all that we have focused on the pharmaceutical industry in Algeria, especially because this sector is sensible, in which the State intervenes in order to safeguard this sector on one hand, and the response to the major part of need, on the other hand. This intervention of State requires conditions and facilitations, and leads to the multiplication of campanies within this sector, and changes the shame of monopole from the power of the minority to the free competition.
