التوجهات الجديدة للسياسة الخارجية الروسية في منطقة الشروق الأوسط قراءة في الإستراتيجية والأدوار

الملخص
شهدت السياسة الخارجية الروسية اتجاه منطقة الشرق الأوسط تحولات إستراتيجية باعتبار أن هذه المنطقة لطالما كانت حكرا على النفوذ الأمريكي، هذه التحولات برزت بشكل جلي بعد التدخل العسكري للجيش الروسي في سوريا. يحاول الباحث من خلال هذه الورقة الكشف عن أهم محددات السياسة الخارجية الروسية ومصالحها الإستراتيجية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، وعن أهم الأدوار التي تلعبها وطبيعة العلاقات التي تمارسها هذه الدولة مع القوى الإقليمية في المنطقة على غرار تركيا، المملكة العربية السعودية، إيران وإسرائيل، والدوافع والأهداف الحقيقية للتدخل الروسي في الأزمة السورية وعلاقته بالتنافس الإستراتيجي في المنطقة مع الولايات المتحدة، والإتحاد الأوروبي، وإنعكاساته على منطقة الشرق الأوسط عامة وعلى الأزمة السورية خاصة، بالإضافة إلى مستقبل المواجهة بين روسيا والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في مناطق عدة على غرار الأزمات التي شهدتها الدول المتاخمة لروسيا مثل جورجيا أوكرانيا وشبه جزيرة القرم. Abstract: (150 words ) Russian foreign policy towards the Middle East has undergone strategic shifts, considering that this region has always been the preserve of American influence. These transformations have become evident after the Russian army’s military intervention in Syria. Through this paper, the researcher tries to reveal the most important determinants of Russian foreign policy and its strategic interests in the Middle East, and the most important roles it plays and the nature of relations practiced by this country with regional powers in the region such as Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Iran and Israel, and the real motives and goals The Russian intervention in the Syrian crisis and its relationship to the strategic competition in the region with the United States and the European Union, and its repercussions on the Middle East region in general and on the Syrian crisis in particular, in addition to the future of confrontation between Russia and the United States of America in several regions, similar to the crises experienced by countries bordering Russia such as Georgia Ukraine and Crimea.
