مصطلح الهجــــــــــــرة غير الشرعية في الخطاب الإعلامي الجزائري

الملخص
تعتبر ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية من أهم المواضيع الراهنة التي تحظى باهتمام الباحثين،الأمر الذي يستوجب الدراسة والبحث والتشخيص من أجل التمييز بين المصطلحات المستعملة للدلالة على هذه الظاهرة ،والتي غالبا ما يتم استخدامها كمرادفات رغم اختلافها ومنها :الهجرة السرية والهجرة غير القانونية والهجرة غير النظامية،بالإضافة إلى محاولة التعرف على الأسباب الرئيسة والمساهمة في اقتراح الحلول لمعالجة الظاهرة، وذلك عن طريق تحليل تفسير ومناقشتها بناءا على الإحصائيات التي تقدمها الهيئات الرسمية وتلك التي تنشرها التقارير الإعلامية. حيث يتم التطرق إلى توظيف مصطلح الهجرة غير الشرعية في الخطاب الإعلامي الجزائري من خلال معالجة وسائل الإعلام للظاهرة والتحديات التي تواجهها.مع إبراز الأبعاد المختلفة لظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية والإجراءات المتخذة من طرف السلطات لمكافحتها،مع تقييم الأليات التي وضعتها السلطات الرسمية في الجزائر بالتعاون مع شركائها في إطار محاولة الحد من أسبابها. Abstract: The phenomenon of illegal immigration is one of the most important current topics of interest to researchers, which requires study, research and diagnosis in order to distinguish between the terms used to denote this phenomenon, which are often used as synonyms despite their differences, including: clandestine immigration, illegal immigration and irregular immigration, In addition to trying to identify the main causes and contribute to proposing solutions to address them efficiently.This operation is conducted through analyzing, interpreting and discussing this phenomenon on the basis of data and statistics provided by official bodies and those published by media. The use of the term illegal immigration in the Algerian media discourse is addressed through the media's treatment of the phenomenon and the challenges it faces. As well as Different dimensions of the phenomenon of illegal immigration and the measures taken by the authorities to fight it are highlighted. The official authorities in Algeria have set up mechanisms to assess this fact in cooperation with its partners in an attempt to reduce its causes.
