الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على ظاهرة بالغة الأهمية بالنسبة للمجتمعات البشرية ألا وهي ظاهرة العنصرية التي تسببت في العديد من المشكلات الإجتماعية والأمنية والتي تستمر تداعياتها لسنوات طويلة باعتبارها تسبب ضررا للنسيج الاجتماعي وتهدد كيانه، وقد عانت منها واكتوت بنارها العديد من المجتمعات قديما وحديثا إن ظاهرة العنصرية تأخذ أشكالا مختلفة قد يكون سلوكا عنصريا يصدر من دولة تجاه دولة أخرى ،وقد تكون بين مجموعة تعتنق ديانة ومجموعة تعتنق ديانة أخرى أو بين طائفة وطائفة أخرى من نفس المجتمع، ولمجابهة هذه الظاهرة يجب أن تتضافر جهود كل القوى الفاعلة في المجتمع من مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية بدءا بالأسرة والمدرسة،والمسجد،ووسائل الإعلام لتقف سدا منيعا لنبذ كل أشكال العنصرية وكل خطاب يحث على الكراهية فالبشر كلهم سواسية ويشتركون في عرق واحد وهو الإنسانية Abstract: This research aims to talk about a very important phenomenon for human societies, namely the phenomenon of racism, wich has caused many social and security problems, and whose repercussions will continue for many years because they harm the social fabric and threaten its existence. Many societies have suffered in past and present and it should be noted that the phenomenon of racism takes different forms, it can be racist behavior emitted by one states towards another states, between two groups embraced different religion, or between another sect and another sect of the same society. So to face this phenomenon, the efforts of all the actors must be combined in society, from the institutions of socialization, starting with the family, the school, and the mosque and the media, they stand as a bulwark to reject all form of racism and all speech wich promotes hatred, because all human being are equal and share a single race, wich is humanity.
