واقع استراتيجية التدريب المستمر في المؤسسات الاقتصادية - فرع سونلغاز أدرار نموذجا

الملخص
تعد شركة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز (سونلغاز) من أهم الشركات الوطنية التي تعتمد التدريب كأداة رئيسية في تحقيق أهدافها ومبتغياتها، حيث تعتمد عليه في إطار إستراتيجية وطنية ترتكز على أسس ومبادئ واضحة. هاته الدراسة غايتها معرفة واقع استراتيجيات التدريب المستمر داخل مجمع سونلغاز وتسليط الضوء عليها لمعرفة الايجابيات والسلبيات المتعلقة بها، وأهم الأنظمة التي تطبق داخل المجمع في تدريب المورد البشري وتأهيله، كذا الأثر الذي تحدثه هاته العملية على العامل داخل هذا المجمع مهما كان مكان عمله والصفة التي يشغلها في مستويات الإدارة داخل المؤسسة، ويكون كل ذلك من خلال التطرق للحيثيات والتفاصيل التي ترتبط بعملية التدريب المستمر داخل الشركة. Sonelgaz, the electricity and gas distribution company, is one of the most important national companies that adopt training as a main tool in achieving its goals and objectives, as it relies on it within the framework of a national strategy based on clear foundations and principles. This study investigates the reality of continuous training strategies within the Sonelgaz complex and sheds light on them to identify their pros and cons and also to uncover the most important procedures that are applied within the complex in training and qualifying the personnel as well as the impact that the training has on its employees regardless of their place of work and the capacity they occupy at the managerial hierarchy within the company. The research is conducted by addressing the circumstances and details that are related to the continuous training process within the company.
