قياس الصدق المحكّي لمقياس الميول لجون هولاند الشكل R (دراسة ميدانية لعينة من تلاميذ السنة أولى ثانوي بولاية تلمسان وسيدي بلعباس)

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الصدق المحكّي لمقياس الميول لجون هولاند الشكل R باعتبار أن تعدّدية الدلائل من وقائع خارجية ستساهم بشكل كبير في تدعيم القوة التفسيرية لافتراضات النموذج. حيث أجريت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 97 تلميذ من قسم السنة أولى ثانوي جذع مشترك علوم وتكنولوجيا وجذع مشترك آداب ولغات أجنبية في كل من ولاية تلمسان وسيدي بلعباس، تم اختيارهم وفقا للطريقة العشوائية الطبقية. بالاعتماد على محكّين مفردين هما مقياس الاهتمامات المهنية ومقياس التقديرات الذاتية. وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود ارتباطات دالة إحصائيا بين أنماط معينة من الميول عند هولاند مع ما يقابلها من أنماط من نفس خصائصها في المقاييس المحكّية، من منطلق أنه كلما تطابقت خصائص الميول مع خصائص بيئاتها بما فيها القدرة أيضا فإن ممارسيها سيحققون أكبر قدر من الكفاءة. The purpose of this study is to reveal the Validity Criterion of John Holland's interest, because the multiplicity of evidence by external evaluators will greatly contribute to the reinforcement of the explanatory power of model proposition. The study was conducted on a sample of 97 students from the first year secondary branch, a common trunk of science and technology and a common trunk of literature and foreign languages in both Tlemcen and Sidi Bel Abbes, which were selected according to the stratified random method, based on two individual criterion, the occupational interest scale and the self-estimates scale. The results showed statistically significant associations between certain type of interest in Holland model with the corresponding types of the same characteristics in criterion scale, In the meaning that whenever the characteristics of tendencies are consistent with the characteristics of their environments, including ability, their practitioners will achieve maximum efficiency.
