الملخص

إن من ابرز ما استجد في هذا العصر من جديد الابتكارات، وحديث الاكتشافات انتشار وسائل التقنية الحديثة التي أدت إلى خدمة البشرية، حيث اختزلت الأزمان وقربت فيها الأماكن وزالت الحواجز وألغيت الحدود، والمنطق القويم يقتضي التفاعل التام مع هذا التقدم التقني بالمسارعة في الاستفادة منه في جميع مناحي الحياة وخاصة الجانب القضائي الذي يقام به العدل وترد الحقوق وتدفع المظالم، وكان من أهم تلك الابتكارات التقاضي الالكتروني والعمل بنظام المحاكم الالكترونية والاستفادة من تكنولوجيا المعلومات، وتهيئة وسائل ونظم حديثة تمكن الأشخاص من تسجيل دعواهم ودفع رسومها وحضور أطرافها و القيام بكافة الإجراءات من خلال وسائل الكترونية تختلف عن الوسائل التقليدية كونها تتميز بسرعة انجاز الدعاوى وتبسيط إجراءات التقاضي دون الحضور الشخصي للمحكمة. الكلمات المفتاحية : (التقاضي الإلكتروني، الدعوى العمومية، التكنولوجيا الحديثة، النظام القانوني، إجراءات التقاضي). Abstract: Among the most important developments of this era are the new innovations and recent discoveries, the spread of modern technology that has led to the service of humanity, as times have been shortened, places have been brought closer together, barriers have been removed and borders have been abolished, and the right logic demands full interaction with this technical progress by rushing to benefit from it in all aspects of life, especially the judicial aspect in which justice is done, rights are rendered and grievances are paid, and one of the most important of these innovations was e-litigation, collaboration with the electronic court system, the use of information technology and the creation of modern means and systems that allow people to register their claims, pay their fees, attend their parties and carry out all procedures by different electronic means. It is characterized by the speed of closing cases and the simplification of litigation procedures without personal presence in court. key words: Electronic litigation, public action, modern technology, judicial system, litigation procedures.
