الملخص
إنّ المعاوضات الماليّة باب رحب من أبواب التّشريع الإسلاميّ، تظهر مرونة التّشريع فيه بجلاء، ولمّا كان يَجِدُّ من الأقضية والظّروف الطّارئة ما يعسر معه الالتزام بالعقود أفرد الباحثون هذا الموضوع بالبحث والدّراسة والاجتهاد تأصيلا لأحكام الظّروف الطّارئة، مع شدّة الدّاعي إليه في هذا العصر خاصّة، لكثرة ما يطرأ منها. Abstract: Financial compensation is a large horizon for areas of Islamic legislation, in which the flexibility of legislation is clearly evident, as is the case with regard to the difficulty of adhering to contracts. Therefore, researchers in this context devoted themselves to investigating it, through study and diligence, in order to establish the provisions of emergency circumstances, as well as to meet the urgent need of those who claim them at this time, especially because of the large number of different situations that may result from them.
